How do I return a product?
Please contact NS.Supply@ctdi.com. Once you have received the RMA #, you are required to ship back product with RMA# written visibly on outside on box along with the RMA paperwork provided. This will ensure that the credit is issued to the correct account.
If a product return is required please email NS.Supply@ctdi.com for authorization # and form.
Return Authorization form and # must be on the outside of the box, any returns received by CTDI without this form will be refused.
CTDI Product Returns
Defective product may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of shipment for credit equal to original purchase price. To receive credit on returned product, items must be received on or before the 30th day following shipment and be returned in original condition in original packaging.
CTDI Product Warranty
Product is warranted to be free of any manufacturing or workmanship defects for 30 calendar days from the date of shipment. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper application or use of the product. The replacement of a damaged product is the exclusive remedy: liability does not extend to any other damages, incidental, consequential or otherwise.
When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays orders will ship within the following 3 business days. Expedited order placed after 2PM EST will ship the following business day. CTDI is unable to guarantee expedited shipping requests if order is placed later than 2PM EST. CTDI will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. Please note that CTDI cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.
You will receive email notifications when we receive your return and when your refund has been processed. Please note it may take 5-7 business days for us to process a return after we receive it. The approved credit amount will be placed back on the original payment method that was used for the order.
